Hey! I believe that is called the Northern Catalpa! You'll see some really cool legumes (seeds) growing towards the late summer/fall!
THANKS!! I see them around Westminster, in full bloom. Ours is delayed, probably because the two trees adjacent provide too much shade and are taking nutrients.
