Dinner From Our Garden

It rained during our absence and the garden grew!  Someone dared to nibble, probably a bird as the bite it too delicate to come from a squirrel.

 Several pumpkins look like this, yellowed and dying.  So sad.

Tonight we will have chicken enchiladas made in the actifry using all veggies from the garden: red sweet pepper, tomatoes from topsy turvey and the potted plant, and sweet onions.
