Sick Tree in Front Yard

 
Right after the blizzard, chunks of bark peeled off the trunk and fell to the lawn.  Since then, the branches are brittle and more pieces of bark are falling off the branches.  Hmmmm  Looks like we'll be replacing this tree in the very near future.
