Basement Bathroom: Walls Prepped

 At the bottom of the stairs, the shop sink is to the left.

 Here's looking into the doorway.

 This is a closet with removable shelves, eventually. Hiding place!!

 The vanity and commode will be to the right of the shower.

Looking out of the bathroom, you see shelves of cooking stuff!!!

New Yarn: Wool, Alpaca, Cotton

We went to ARC and Doc is taking up knitting (haha) since my Lenten goal was to avoid buying yarn and Tsums.  My stash of each is embarrassing. 

Week Six: Walls

 This is at the top of the basement stairs. 

 At the bottom of the stairs, you see the washer and wall!! Doc will have a shop sink there too.

 Richard is still working.

There will be a shelving in the closet just inside the door.

Basement Bathrooom

 Mark finished some of the plumbing needs on Wednesday.

 

This morning, Richard brought wallboard and is making a racket in the basement. 

Walking to Dentist

 I chipped tooth #25 and was successful in getting a 10:30 appointment this morning.

 Doc's car is still not ready.  The dentist is only 1.3 miles from our home but.......

my mouth guard was SO cold when I handed it to Lori.  My chipped tooth is now bonded.  

 Took an afternoon walk along the glorious green belt, and now in my sewing room.

 
 
It's a beautiful view of snowing in sun while I stitch on snaps.

Heirloom and Snow

Knitting on this Heirloom from Mom is part of my Lenten goals.  She started it in 2011 and I inherited 13" of work last April.  Time to complete this and make room for new yarn!!

 It's getting heavy so I keep it in the Sunroom. 

 More snow arrived this afternoon.  We love snow!!

Our neighborhood is still snow packed.  Doc borrowed my car while his receives a new power steering pump.  No problem, I have plenty to do at home!

Lots of Snow

 It's 8 degrees................ and gorgeous.

 
  
 I'm wearing trekkers again to prevent any slipping on ice and snow.

 
 
The garden bench looks funny with the pile of snow.

COLD

 It was -1 and felt like -13 degrees last night to I dripped water from the faucets.

 
 It was 1 degree during this walk.  I'm wearing so many layers!

 
 
 
 It's gorgeous!  My garden is patiently waiting for Spring.  Doc used both blowers this morning. 

One stopped working after he finished Dennis' driveway. ??? Doc has choices right now!
