Our Birthday Boy!

Wow, it's so hard to believe that our firstborn is 33 today! This man has it all: lovely wife, great job, innate talents, and plenty of tech. So, what do you give an adult man for his birthday when he has so much tech already? A hand knit dinosaur!

Hearty Herbs

We have cilantro and parsley mixed in with the Cosmos flowers. And Sweet Basil is mixed in with the special Cosmos seeds that we bought in Fredricksburg last September.

Spring Is Here!

Not only are things blooming, but some seeds have managed to survive in unusual places! Yup, I've got TWO green thumbs!

Eyes Up Knitters!!

Camera man wanted to see eyes. You can tell he isn't a knitter! Knitters can simply melt into their craft and disregard surroundings while enjoying pure happiness.

More Knitting Before Returning Home

The young knitsters are doing well! Stitches are even and there aren't too many dropped stitches. There were last minute questions and fixes before packing their knitting and getting ready to leave for Iowa.

Relatives are slowly leaving, back to Iowa and Colorado. It's going to be so quiet around here!

Alas, Some Relatives Had to Go Home!

As always, we took tons of photos. It's a long drive home so some of the family has started on their return. We miss them already! All but three in this picture are homeward bound!
