Amazing Nature

We took an icy walk after Mass and breakfast and had to be VERY careful!  There's ice everywhere! I miss the garden and just for fun, went out to inspect.  Fun violets were blooming and under the mulch of leaves, the strawberry bushes are trying to grow!  The next snow arrives this evening.

Recycle Christmas Tree and ICE

We still have tons of ice throughout the city, including our driveway.  Even salt is powerless!
Doc recycled our tree at City Park; awesome place to teach and also take grands when the weather is nice.  The picnic area and outdoor playground equipment is the best!

Snow and Silicone Cord

 Knitting in my "spot!"

Doc used the new silicone cord this morning and pronounced it "awesome." There is ice under the snow; trekkers rock too!

Winter in Colorado

It's an icy mess at the end of our driveway but will melt and clear before tonight when we receive our next snow and icy conditions.

Nasty

I picked up some nasty germs from sewing students, 5th graders, and am on keflex! Haven't needed antibiotics for a loonnngggg time!  Now they make probiotic pills!!
Our streets are still pretty nasty but roads are clear once you get out of neighborhoods.
