Sewing for Dolls, Dinner

It is such fun to sew and knit for dolls!
 Sasha is so playful.

This outfit was a draft to fit Riley but was too small so I turned it into an outfit for Tiny Riley.
Before the big snow, we headed to Three Margaritas for dinner.  This was just the hors duerves!

Trash Drama

Neighbor and I crossed paths early this this morning as we walked.  He was laughing: two huge buzzards were delving into another neighbor's huge trash pile, piled for five days without covering or prevention from blowing, and one bird flew off "with a piece of toast. He didn't have his camera....... I said I did and would get pics of the birds diving for food. However, they were done digging the trash pile, and were happily eating in a tree.  (top photo)  Later the trash pick up drove down our street, passing the huge pile, maybe because it was not following standard, and continued down the street.  Owner of trash came out, waved her arms, pointed to the trash, and the truck returned.  Truck did its best but there is still debris, peanut packing materials, and junk that the arm lift could not control.

Evening:  the empty trash cans and debris still remain at the curb.

Snow Melt and Changes at The Barn

We are slowly seeing less snow and expect a few more days of serious melt before Thursday's snow.

Fireplace room is getting redone until the addition is completed.  Then we'll redo once again.

Cold! Doc found a red scarf, an Abercrombie and Fitch; too bad I felted his scarf and my hat!  We had a relaxing day to begin 2016!
