Life: Work, Jupiter

 My supervisor picked up knitting displays and also brought me a light jacket. Love it!

 Lots of weather: lots of leaves are blocking some of the drainage systems.  Ooops.

 Critters get some of Doc's home made bread!

 Jupiter tried to arrive early last night and it didn't last.  This is all that's left!

Late this afternoon, snow resumed so I shortened my walk.  It's bitter cold!

Less Snow, More Yarn

 We're enjoying the easy trek before Storm Jupiter arrives on Thursday.

 My irises think it's time to start to grow!

I'm still knitting the display samples for two knitting classes so won't delve into the new stash of yarn.  It arrived yesterday and is all so pretty!!

Winter Storm Iras

 

We are getting very warm (54 degrees) and very strong winds today and tomorrow.  It's 36 mph here and 43 mph in Boulder!   I'm glad we aren't scheduled to fly anywhere!! The warm winds are making the snow melt quickly and more snow comes later this week.  

Some Snow Melt

Yes, that is wet concrete, not black ice.  Parking lots are dangerous but there's lots of progress in snow melt.

The pavement is Moore and gets one snow plow; our street is still snow packed.

Awesome Climate

 In spite of a high of 27, a low of -15, brilliant sun, and 11.5 inches of snow, we have snow

 melt and a humidity of 31%!!!!  We love this climate!
