The next snow arrives this weekend. Low humidity is kinder to my hand arthritis so I am grateful.

X-ray at Eight Weeks

We went to Whole Foods after the successful hand appointment. Yummy purchases!!!  My body was supposed to make bone around the titanium posts within 8-12 weeks.  Week 8 and I have bone!!!!

 
 The range of motion in some of my knuckles is NOT ok so I was given exercises to do every day, all day long, and if I can't get a 90 degree flex in two weeks, I must go for hand therapy.

 This is the entirety of my flex!!!  I started the exercises in the car on our way home.

The incision places have healed so well!
