Snowblower and Yarn Purchases

Rare road trip for snow blower and yarn!

Seller had it ready for pick up! Then on to Maverick Fibers for yarn!!

Doc waited in the Subaru; I didn't have an appointment so shopped from the door.  The sales person brought me selections and I did rejections and choosings!!

I'm on the right with navy jacket and red hat. 

This store has awesome selections and kind, patient staff. 

Happiness!!

 

Winter, Still Covid Lockdowns

We are surviving quite well, still waiting our turn for the vaccine and missing family like crazy.

We grew more hair: covid hair and Santa beard. 

He lost the beard but gained a perfect gift.  He loves the new whisk even more than the breakfast.  The coffee was so delicious!!

 Winter has been mild but like everyone else, we are hit with the polar vortex.  

Firepit, Lake Ketner, Vote, Snow

Our evenings are cool and it's so relaxing to enjoy the new gas firepit.  

In the mornings, we walk Lake Ketner or the greenbelt. 

This morning, we spied this painted rock! Yes, VOTE!!!

Our area is so beautiful. 

The climate is so fun; we will definitely get snow on Tuesday!
 

Our August

It's been in the high 90s so plants are struggling.  I love the morning glories!

My boyfriend greets me when he sees me in the front gardens.  He sits for a dog cookie!

Every morning, we walk the greenbelt and this lone tree promises Fall is coming. 

Brave! With new protocols, we had our teeth cleaned. 

During senior hour, we sometimes visit ARC and the ReStore.  Today I found yarn!!!!
