When we walked yesterday after work, it was 68 degrees. By the time we finished our walk, it was 64 degrees. NO, we are not complaining but I am glad I had a hat to cover my ears!

- I love being married to the absolute best companion for life. I love being Mom, and now a Gramma. Grandbaby #2, a darling blonde chatterbox arrived on August 14, 2010. Grandbaby #3, a little boy, arrived on July 12, 2011. He is gorgeous! Baby sister arrived in August 2013 and what a beautiful baby! The most recent arrival is Augustine, 5th grandchild, born January 2014. Life is so good!
The hat turned out fabulous! It will probably take a bit to reacclimatize to the colder temps. I laughed when the Texans reported a cooling trend her and we went down about 2 degrees...... Funny! A cooling trend in CA was about 5-10. I guess we take every little bit we can in Texas.
