Extra Hamper Liner - Recycled Sheet
In 1978 while living at the air Force Academy, Mom sent us new sheets for Christmas. I LOVE daisies, as plants, on my wedding dress, to embroider wherever............ and Jeff and I really enjoyed these sheets. Alas, thanks to a new pillow top mattress, the treasured sheets no longer fit the bed. So, time to recycle!!
We don't carry the laundry basket downstairs; we toss the hamper liner. When we have additional laundry due to extra guests, we tossed towels and sheets without the liner. This morning, I copied the liner and sewed a back up to fit the wicker hamper using the daisy fitted sheet and some grosgrain ribbon from my sewing room. Works great!
