Spinach Is Planted

It's such a nice day and almost all of the snow is gone! Spinach needs 6 weeks of cold weather to do well so I planted it today.  Last year's May planting did not produce anything worth harvesting.

 I might be sorry but gathered two bags of the mulch we had placed on the garden plants last fall.
