A close up of the hats is under the title "Lost in Denver." Both girls are adorable and the hat on the living child seems a great fit. I used size 8 dpns and cast on 92 stitches, using ribbing at the band, then decreased to 90 stitches when knitting the head portion. I think I started decreasing after 4.5 inches.

Wearing Matching Hats
