Gathering Apples and Seeds

Seeds from the garden:  sunflower, cosmos, sweet basil, purple basil, marigold, chives
The apples are tasty right off the tree, as applesauce, and as pie filling!

Morning Walk: View of Lake and Snowy Peaks

There's too much "beach!"  We need a lot of snow!  Or Rain!

Leaves Changing Colors

On return from St. Mark, we could see a bit of "icing" on the peaks and also changing colors in leaves.

Light Rain and Sun

last night's storm destroyed some gigantic marigolds (to keep squirrels at bay) that were just about to bloom

Today we have a light sprinkle with gorgeous sun and cool temps.
This is a view of my garden through the screen of the Master Bedroom.

Face Time and Apple Picking

Fun, fun, fun at the Barn!

Last Pumpkins Turning Orange

This pumpkin grew in September!!!  It's quite large too!
The baby pumpkin started in June, never grew well but stayed on the vine.  It too is turning orange.  I planted the 6-8 pound variety.

Alright! Who Did This??!

 Hey!  Who did this?!
Doc did this!  We are so ready for the fireplace!  The shed is full of cut wood so the rest will be stored outside along the fence!
 ????????????????????????????????
We gather fallen apples every day; most have bites out of them.
