 She sewed zippers into place using two different method.

Outdoor Fire Pit and Dinner

 He loves fire!!!

 He kept adding wood chips while I ate pizza, salad, and knit on his sock. 

Rain Has Stopped

 Doc requested the gas fireplace people to tweak our "flames" so it's now improved.

 Before the rain, it was 89 degrees and 7% humidity.  Then Fall came with 50 degrees

and an entire day of gentle rain. 

Winterizing Garden

 This is just one of the gardens that we need to winterize.  It's wet today!

First Fire in Fireplace

 Fall has arrived!

 It started to rain while I was teaching.

Cold and wet; Doc had fresh bread and chili, plus a fire ready when I returned home from City Park.

Changes in Fireplace Room

Today is the first day of Fall and cool weather is arriving!  Doc set up the new TV and will split firewood because we will need it Sunday!

Chilly Mornings, Still Green

 It's trying to turn Fall but so far, no snow, and few loss of leaves.

We LOVE this climate!

Walk, Printer, Whole Foods

 It was chilly this morning!! I love Fall!!!!!

Coming home from Pecos Street, we stopped at Whole Foods and bought cheese and chips for this evening's hors duerves.

 
Our printer gave up and I HAVE to print Etsy postage from here or I waste so much time driving to the post office.  Doc is awesome!!! The printer is installed and works beautifully.

Lunch at Sweet Potatoes

 It was very chilly this morning; chilly in the house too thanks to power failure.

 We went to Sweet Potatoes for lunch.  Ah, hot soup!  Wool, warm, yarn!

 Doc loves ice cream and wasn't chilly at all!

Yes, it does look good but I'll stick with French Onion Soup!

It's a slow start, thanks to power failure for 19 hours.

Gregor is Ready for Snow

 

My dolls are wearing wool sweaters; we too are ready for snow with a full stock of firewood.

 We ran out of steam yesterday; will finish stacking this week.

 He's making apple cider.

 
After the cider, he made apple pie filling! Today he is at work so the other bushel waits......
