Mailbox Decor

Knitting for Brooklyn

This vintage book has some fabulous designs for tots.  Unfortunately, Diamond yarns are obsolete.

I choose enough buttons for her to have a choice (two year olds know!!!) and also to replace as they fall off or somehow need replacing.

Crafting on Black Friday

Flannel for pjs for four adults and two grandchildren.
He found a metal "celebrate" sign for the mailbox and is doing manly crafts.  It's loud!

Brooklyn's cardigan will need three buttons; she can choose.
He's attaching the new mailbox decor; again using manly tools.

Fall Decorations

We knew we had some fall decorations in the basement; on Wednesday while I was at the dentist and then teaching, Doc found and set up some autumn decor!

Knitting, Yarn Stash, Dentist, Candles, Cooking

We sorted the basement this morning; he took some extras to the thrift shop.  Look at the five bins of yarn stash!!
Doc is an expert at baking pies.
His new craft is making candles.
Alexander can interpret for us; a new slow cooker!
Brooklyn's cardigan is knitting up quickly; it helps that she is a tiny little girl!
I knit the mittens at my dental appointment from 11:00 til 1:33; I needed a certain tapestry needle to finish so resorted to reading a silly magazine. The dental team gifted me with a noodles card so Doc and I will have a date night.  I went to work with my new teeth!!  Yes!!
My new bridge is awesome!!
