Clean Rain Gutter

This section can become clogged quickly thanks to the apple tree (leaves, twigs, apples!) and yesterday's rain proved it needed cleaning.
Doc cleared it perfectly; at the bottom are Cosmos and maybe a baby catalpa.

Welcome, Rain

We need moisture!  Hopefully this rain will help firefighters in Colorado.  The temp dropped from 92 to 75 in minutes!!

Drive to Estes Park

It's a gorgeous drive, past 8,000' and so Colorado.

We wandered past stores and visited a few. Taffy and yarn called us!!

Teeny Tiny Briefs

These fit 10" Michael Tonner, 7 inch DJ Kish, and little 6" Ellery Kish!
I had never sewn briefs to fit the 6" body and am amazed how successful the first try was!

Gardens, Sewing, Knitting

It's been super dry (lots of fires!) and I've used 3X the amount of water as usual, but our gorgeous yard is our entertainment.
The gigantic sunflowers are beginning to open.
 Knitting!
Sewing!  She's now 14!!! How did that happen?
 New outfit!

The new sod has used most of the water from this month's bill!!!!
