Living Along the Greenbelt

Mr. Squirrel was peeking over the fence watching the man mowing the greenbelt grass.

It's looking like Fall; Mr. Rooster was calling for freedom!
The vine crept through the fence; I peeked through the slats and pumpkins are HUGE!

Knitting

Knitting, walking, and hanging with Doc are daily.  Doc named these "Pumpkin Socks" and they are for me! My finished knits are often posted on ravelry under nomacustom.

Good Bye Old Shed

I returned from my Walking with Purpose class and found half the old tin shed dismantled! It is awesome! I had envisioned a sitting area on the cinder blocks and now know it's going to be perfect!

veggies for the fajitas

chicken for the chicken fajitas
He's a fabulous cook and we often eat dinner on the back patio, with knitting and tech.

Week 24: Framing, Shower Sprayers

The guys framed the fireplace; tiler comes in October.
The sink is still in his Nook but there is less stuff scattered throughout the sunroom.
All the sprayers on hooked up on the right; a missing plate for the left side is on order. The toilet is functional as of yesterday afternoon!!  The appraiser came on Tuesday; he could not include the bathroom as a bathroom because nothing was working.  However, he could include the square footage.  We are very pleased with the outcome of the appraisal.
My window seat has the blinds for the skylights, and a few other items.

Bunnies and Blooms

Bunny #1, below is bunny #2
This tree on my walk path is ready for Autumn already.
above is bunny #3; bunnies are still everywhere
Our front yard is still beautiful although we now have fewer blooms.
