Firepit, Lake Ketner, Vote, Snow

Our evenings are cool and it's so relaxing to enjoy the new gas firepit.
In the mornings, we walk Lake Ketner or the greenbelt.
This morning, we spied this painted rock! Yes, VOTE!!!
Our area is so beautiful.
The climate is so fun; we will definitely get snow on Tuesday!

Our August

It's been in the high 90s so plants are struggling.  I love the morning glories!
My boyfriend greets me when he sees me in the front gardens.  He sits for a dog cookie!
Every morning, we walk the greenbelt and this lone tree promises Fall is coming.
Brave! With new protocols, we had our teeth cleaned.

During senior hour, we sometimes visit ARC and the ReStore.  Today I found yarn!!!!

Garden Edibles and Hair

 Bell peppers are thriving
 Tomatoes are trying to ripen
Purple grapevine is on the left; green grapes are on the right.
Last year we harvested a handful of purple grapes.  This year is amazing!
Little grandson continues to grow the most beautiful head of curly hair!!!

New Scooter

Doc has a huge project! The scooter is 23 years old, has original tires (will be replaced) and some
odd paint job, so he is restoring this.  It's great fun for him, as we stay safe at home.

Star, Columbine, Puppy Boyfriend

This is a favorite called Star of Bethlehem.
I have little starts to Columbines, Cosmos, and whatever else I threw in this direction.
Neighbor keeps me supplied with approved treats so I can offer them to my boyfriend, after he obeys a command.  He's great at sit and down.  Dennis is breaking up the treats into smaller pieces since they are large and "wouldn't work with my arthritis."  Well, I use scissors!! For everything!!!
These treats have chicken in them!!! Oliver thinks they are so tasty.  He sits and goes down quickly!
