Winterizing The Garden

 Gooseberry vine has gorgeous leaves!

 rather bare garden remains

 this year's crop of pumpkins

got rid of tomato plants, pumpkin vines, lots of dying growth in the garden, picked pumpkins

 picked more delicious apples

 after mow, lawn looked leaf free for five entire minutes!!

 wonderful nature full of surprises; when we pulled up dead cilantro and sweet basil, some tiny parsley (planted in June from seed) became visible!
