Tiny Walda in 80021

The above was for 80021 at mid day on Tuesday.  We were ready to snow blow yesterday upon our return from Las Vegas!  When we landed, we could not imagine the fast melt of double digits of snow!

Denver really got hit, notification via email and text at 3:47 AM (Pacific Time Zone) confirmed University closure due to rain, then ice and 4" of snow on top of the ice, with more accumulating.  We saw reports of Denver, DIA closure and more than 400 flights cancelled.

A fellow walker around Ketner this morning confirmed that 80021 received 3" but had prepared for the worst scenario and schools had a snow day.  The snow was gone by Wednesday!!

nice green lawn, pic taken this morning
snow free and green grass during my walk this morning
 ducks are happy
hardly enough left for a decent snowball
