Sunflower Shrub

At the start of the new sidewalk grows a surprise bush.  I have seen lots of sunflower seeds from the guys snacking (and cig butts, empty drink containers...............messy!) and am guessing this shrub is a gift from the workers.   It is gorgeous, albeit filled with yellow jackets except at 6:00 AM!!!

 It's rare to see a bee this summer.  They have been replaced by wasps and yellow jackets.
